About the role

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst within our Financial Planning & Controlling team. As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing the company’s revenues and expenses, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets and business expenses. Through detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, you will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. If you’re eager to strengthen your analytical skills and contribute meaningfully to achieving critical financial objectives, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Analyze revenues and expenses
• Perform Financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Analyze, budgeting and controlling business expenses
• Conduct Routes performance analyses and prepare reports providing insights
• Collect and analyze data, assess outcomes, prepare monthly management report, highlighting key findings to drive business decisions
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for top management
• Propose enhancements and process automations and improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
• Master’s degree will be a plus
• Previous professional experience in a similar position will be preferred
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and oral Greek and English

And you have competence in:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Demonstrating attention to detail
• Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Working collaboratively
