In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Associates to join our HR System Managed Services team and work from our Ioannina Satellite office.

Make a real impact

• Support end to end the implementation of HR System (cloud environment)

• Provide daily customer support & update back-office employee records

• Perform systemic tasks such as upgrading and troubleshooting

• Participate in client meetings for business analysis and software development

• Handle queries on employees’ absences & leaves, performance cycles, digital card and data reporting

• Keep up to date with new laws and regulations ensuring system’s legal compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What you bring matters

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or relevant field

• Strong verbal and writing skills both in English and Greek

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work and building strong client relationships

• A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility

• Passionate about delivering high-quality work
• Continuous learning and development mindset
